  I don't know it’s weird or something like I actually want a normal relationship. But the thing is, I don't know if the sexting is sincerely or not. I don’t want to do it if it isn’t sincerely (and again naive). It’s tricky tho, he keeps saying I want to hug you, I want to kiss you, cutie etc. but he never makes plans to come over.

  It's not my first rodeo, but maybe it's yours? Or your second? When you don't hear from a guy for 2 weeks and he shows up wanting to sext, or wanting real sex, you can bet the mortgage he hasn't had a single thought about you. He probably lost his "other" sexting partners and remembered you, as an afterthought.
