What happens if I inject semen into my veins?

Very bad idea.
Since semen doesn't instantly dissolve in warm liquids, the semen would travel through your bloodstream with blood vessels struggling to become wider to let the semen flow through them. Eventually, the semen would pass through the right atrium and through the right ventricle and finally into the pulmonary artery. There, the blood vessels are much smaller than for example in your arm. The semen would get stuck and clog up these blood vessels, so that no fresh blood can reach your lungs anymore. This is called a pulmonary embolism, a very, very serious and potentially lethal condition that affords immediate first aid.
The same thing can happen if you break a bone in a very unfortunate way and a piece of bone marrow (which is basically fat) gets into your bloodstream.
The symptoms would be that first you just have to cough a lot. After a few minutes, the cough would become worse and worse. You would experience severe respiratory distress, unsuccessfully trying to grasp for oxygen. After another 2-5 minutes, your legs would start to turn blue and they would hurt very badly (acute thrombosis). After that, you would either start to feel very dizzy, pass out and then die or suffocate painfully. And even when you're passed out but still alive, the reanimation is particularly hard if you have a pulmonary embolism because no matter how much oxygen somebody tried to give you, it wouldn't reach your lungs (because the bloodstream is clogged by the sperm and the red blood cells that transport the oxygen can't get there). The doctors would probably have to insert a catheter or even cut you open.
It's really not an experiment you wanna try.

Lmfao talk about an original question. Seriously though you can die from injecting even a slight amount of air into your vein, don't inject anything into yourself ever dude, unless you're diabetic.
