What happens if you stay away from sex for a long time?

First: Confidence goes down and mood disorders start to arise. It especially affects women who don't have a partner to talk to about it.

Going without sex for two months is a way to torture your body, a feeling that normally starts to feel in a week.

In some men and women, hormones drop suddenly. Women have problems with their periods, men are lethargic due to decreased hormones, the heart does not want to work.

Due to increase in hormones, women start gaining weight, obesity, pimples on the mouth, irritability, aggression increases. BP also seems to rise and fall. Many types of latent diseases also occur.
Men start having insomnia. Thoughts of sex keep running through the mind throughout the day. Hunger is lost, due to which weakness also occurs.

Staying away from sex for a long time makes it difficult to get satisfaction and orgasm during sex. For men, it becomes more difficult because of not getting tension in their body.

Therefore, regular sex after the age of 18 is essential for a good and healthy life.

  • given a long enough time and already being somewhat str9ng of mind, you adjust and learn to do without it.

  • If someone has a big sex drive then it can lead to this... But i think that its worst the first weeks without sex. After that weeks hormones regulate themselves and you dont have the urge of having sex... I remember after being in a relationship with a big sex drive that being single was a torture and I had to masturbate constantly in order to concentrate and being productive... It was a really bad time for me, but after some months my sexual urges decreased a lot and I didn't had this issues.

  • ? you dont have sex

  • thaonu kida ena sari glaa da pta?

tusi ty kade sex kita e ni. fr thaonu kida pta?

  • You turn into me

  • Well it gets a bit difficult to engage and though the urge stays high, Just like a body that's not exercised enough gets tired or off stamina soon a body away from sex follows suit.

  • I think the negative effects you mentioned apply to most people. Some can be healthy without sex.

    With me:

Day 1: OK - libido is usually high but manageable

Day 2: OK - libido is usually high but manageable

Day 3: Very high libido - Very confident, feeling extra masculine

Day 4 and onwards: Aroused for several hours. A lot of creativity for sexual fantasies and scenarios. If sex is not possible, I MUST do intense physical activity. I wouldn't say I have negative effects per se, but yeah, my body is trying to tell me I need something.

If I ignore this and continue without sex, somewhere around 10-15 days, my body just resets and I'm back to normal. The longest I've gone was 6 weeks.

  • Wow from a man's perspective I totally disagree with all of this. Doesn't reflect my experience at all.
