Great question. It really depends on the particular guy and the particular girl. And what your sexual orientation is.

My penis grew until I was 10 or 11, then stopped at 4.5" long and about 1.12" wide due to an undiagnosed hormone reason. The docs told me I'd continue growing as I went through puberty, and that I didn't fit the medical definition of "micropenis." I was just a "late bloomer" to them.
