That sounds like a frustrating situation to be in. I think way too much is made of virginity. On one hand, it’s good to save oneself for that special person. It shows self-respect. But at the same time, people can let you down in life. You can have sex with someone that you think is the one, and then they can hurt you or dump you. Then what? Are you any less valuable because someone decided to let you down or because you made a poor decision? We learn and become better due to poor decisions. Every poor decision has redemption. You are just as valuable now as before you had sex the first time. Someone else will overlook that and realize the truth of the situation. They will see value in you that perhaps you don’t see in yourself, and hopefully help you realize your own value. So a penis and vagina touched once upon a time but ultimately it doesn’t change anything. Give yourself a reset and try again with someone better and enjoy your sex life and your special relationship.
