I'm trying to figure out what an ugly vagina is? Truthfully, I can't. I know many women seem excessively insecure about the way they look on several different areas, butt, boobs, vagina, stomach, stretch marks, freckles, their nipple size and so on. The vast majority of guys really don't care, especially if they're having sex with the girl.

There is absolutely zero effect on your ability to have sex and orgasm whether or not your inner lips hang out and look all wrinkly or not! Another truth... I've been with a woman who has one inner lip that sticks out, and the other one - an "innie" lip. The same thing with her - didn't affect her ability to orgasm or enjoy sex one bit!
