If it's what I think you're talking about, it's a small cage a couple inches long and bent downwards about half way. It goes onto a guy's dick when he's still limp. If it goes around his balls, too, I'm not sure. The lock is shut on the cage and then whoever's torturing him with it tries to make his dick hard. Because the cage is much smaller than his dick and is bent downwards, when he DOES go stiff in it, it's probably gonna hurt like a bitch!!
