What is a proper diagnosis for this condition?

After I poop I suffer from severe anal pain. Burning pain, it’s on a level of maybe 9 from 1-10. And my underwear gets wet from tiny spots of poop and some wet spots from my anal area. I may have to stay home tomorrow and tell my boss that I can’t make it but I may have to give them a diagnosis but I don’t feel comfortable bring up my anus or anything anal related.

Is there a more professional term? I don’t think it’s bad enough to miss more than one day

Could be hemorrhoids or you could have activated your vagus nerve while straining. Definitely speak to your gastroenterologist to make sure you're not experiencing early signs of colon cancer. You're in the age group for early detection especially if you have a family history of it.

It may be hemorrhoids. Try feeling around your anus or look with a mirror to see if anything is there.

No just tiny bits of blood on Toilet paper

Do you need to push hard to shit?

Not too hard but harder than usual

Drink more water, try to eat more fiber, and eat soups and stews. Try to lower your intake of meat for a bit. I think you might have some early symptoms of hemorrhoids. The idea is to have soft shit, so you don't push as hard.

It has many many causes. 80% of us get em though, so lots of remedies
