What is a proper diagnosis for this condition?

After I poop I suffer from severe anal pain. Burning pain, it’s on a level of maybe 9 from 1-10. And my underwear gets wet from tiny spots of poop and some wet spots from my anal area. I may have to stay home tomorrow and tell my boss that I can’t make it but I may have to give them a diagnosis but I don’t feel comfortable bring up my anus or anything anal related.

Is there a more professional term? I don’t think it’s bad enough to miss more than one day

Superb Opinion
  • Could be hemorrhoids or you could have activated your vagus nerve while straining. Definitely speak to your gastroenterologist to make sure you're not experiencing early signs of colon cancer. You're in the age group for early detection especially if you have a family history of it.
