There's two levels to it... 1. Biological, 2. Social perception AND social behavior. And by perception I don't mean, "I feel sorry for this person so I will pretend to agree with them on their choice". I mean even without them saying anything you believe them to be the gender they claim to be.
Now transgenders argue that #1 doesn't matter... I'd say that's true when you're dealing with someone you're not in a relationship with but #2 does matter in many context and there's no way for them to get around that one. The second they say, "You better call me a woman" they lose the argument. Because if they were women they wouldn't have to say it. Now somewhere there could be a transgender who would pass my #2 test. But that person is not going to be pushing some political movement for trans acceptance since they don't need it. Only fugly people need to force others to tell them they're attractive -- and in this context fugly/attractive isn't all about looks it's about your whole character. A real woman does not need to force anybody to believe that she's a woman. In fact you could be the fugliest natural born woman in history & you still would not be running around trying to convince people that you're a woman or to force people to call you 'she'. Why is that? I don't think transgender political types have thought it out.
Yes, a lot of women decided to ignore my #2 when they accepted transgenders & told men not to bash/make fun of the dudes who claimed they were women but acted like/looked like/behaved like dudes. But how has that worked out for women who are now starting to complain about transgenders taking over female sports... or imagine the fun if a transgender was selected for a job over a woman to fill a quota to hire more women. The confusion arises because people define the word differently. If you define the word, the answer to the question is obvious.
I define "woman" as a human born with XX 23rd chromosomes, and a "man" is a human with XY 23rd chromosomes.
Not every woman is feminine and not every man is masculine, but those are personality traits, not genotypes. Women can be different from each other but still be feminine. There is not one set of characteristics that makes a woman "feminine." And being feminine is not an all-or-none trait. Women can be extremely feminine, rather feminine, somewhat feminine, barely feminine, or not feminine at all. Same is true for masculinity.0 2 0 0

A human (home sapient/home sapiens) with an x and a y chromosome and external genitalia is a guy/boy/man/dude, and a human/person with two x chromosomes and internal genitalia is a girl/woman/chick. It's pretty easy to understand. I know there is a lot of people who have different mental health issues regarding this, but I'm sure psychological care could take care of it.
0 1 0 0A woman and a man is biological.
However now today people have changed things where they can identify with whatever they choose to which is totally up to them.
It's all about perception in the end. Not everyone has to agree nor disagree it is what it is.0 1 0 0

3 3Primarily it's the sex organ at birth that defines a person as male or female. The upbringing is then defined accordingly.
0 1 0 0Whats there to be confused about? I go based on if they were born male or female with certain chromosomes and genitals. there's female, male and hermaphrodite but luckily i’ve never crossed that last one
0 3 0 0For me, a woman is someone who was born into a female body and had female experiences all her life, including puberty, menstruation, developing breasts and feminine fat on her hips, thighs and bottom. She has female bone structure, a uterus, ovaries and normal female hormones. She has female orgasms.
Anything else is not a true woman.
A man is someone who was born into a male body, had boy experiences and did guy stuff. He grew familiar with having male genitals. He began developing facial and body hair, muscles and a male physique. He gets erections and ejaculates.
Anything else is not a man.
Neither a person's mind nor medical intervention change the facts, regardless of their sexual preferences or proclivities. Even gender dysphoria doesn't change the facts.0 1 0 0Having a penis makes you a male, transgenders are mentally ill.
