So, it's basically missionary with her on top, him on the bottom with his knees pulled up to his chest, where she controls all the action. It's not terribly difficult to obtain, but may require some 'feeling out' at first.

It def requires a bit of stamina on the part of him, as i said she will control all the action and can really get a heavy grind on if she likes.

Also, if you enjoy the in/out of penetrative sex, he may have to be a bit endowed for this position. This is not a knock on avg or smaller guys, but in this position, his manhood has to extend past his thighs prior to entering her.
