  @LingyRolls I've talked to a lot of guys on other sites about this. All of these guys took the plunge. They all like it, but some hate that they like it. It was strange to hear. They said they wish their craving would go away. That really makes sense to me. I work in a field where I come in contact with a lot of drug addicts. I ask them what their drug of choice is. Then I ask if they wish they didn't like their drug of choice. 100% say that they would give anything if the demon would just go away. Most people don't understand much about prisons. They all assume that the prisoners don't want to be there. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Most are terrified of being released, because they know that the demon is waiting or them. I once jokingly told a prisoner that I was going to keep for an extra month, because he didn't finish his chore. I'll never for get what he said. "If you can arrange for me to stay longer, I'd really appreciate it. The longer the better. I'm really comfortable in prison, but I really suck with freedom. I'm not cut out for the free world." I've heard this a million times. So back to what you were talking about; Some guys are happy with the addiction, and some are not. But one thing they all have in common is; they ALL love the drug.
