Money. Some are desperate. Men women alike. As a medstudent the loans are huge and many people who are not meeting the financial needs are forced to get a second job while full time studying and in residency. Zero sleep, superiors are mean and try to tear u down, patients are either extremely demanding vulgar rude and even get physical all the while u don't even get payed.
