The ones who get upset r just confused ones coz definitely we dress to look sexy n to impress both girls n boys
But yes if someone's keep starrying that becomes annoying

If I wear something like that it usually means its for people to look at me. Unless I'm wearing it for 1 person then I'll cover with a jacket
