There are two major problems with false rape accusations.

First, it's very difficult to prove a woman falsely accused a man of rape because you can't prove a negative. As a result, only a tiny fraction of false accusers are found guilty.

Also, and this is related to the above... it is rare that law enforcement will choose to pursue a false accusation case because they know it's a losing proposition and they don't have the time or resources to devote to it. As a result, the vast majority of false rape claims are simply dropped due to "lack of evidence" and never make it to court.

This is what allows feminists to make the claim that only 4% - 8% of rape accusations are false. In the UK you would be prosecuted under "Perveting the course of justice" which carries a max of life imprisonment.

The problem with rape cases is being found not guilty usually means there wasn't enough evidence rather than proving the girl lied. If you go down the route of prosecuting each time the jury passes a not guilty verdict you risk imprisoning real rape victims who see their attackers getting away with their crime. This would lead to an increase in rape as men would know women would consider it too risky to report their rape.
