I feel like some things that I do often is think too much. Whether it's based on my last conversations with people and trying to learn new things but never getting them down, I always think about what I am doing wrong and if I said the right thing as well as think back to what I could have said and make the situation better. To add on, I regret keeping toxic friends in my life because thinking they would change would only have them in return to manipulate and shut me out. Though the ultimate regret is not connecting with God and pushing people away because I felt like I needed to be alone. Those are points in my life that I was hopeless and felt useless because my depression is what controlled me. So pushing people away is what made me fall deeper into the darkness that consumed me with a disease called unhappiness and drowned me with hopelessness
Thinking too much is a common problem. I suffer from it as well.
That I’ve spent time regretting things I’ve done! As I’ve got older I’ve learnt that the regrets I had were just an action that lead me to where I am now! If you regret something you need to try to see and learn why you do! Ok you took photos and feel dirty.. but see that as not a regret but a realisation that you don’t want to do it again! It’s almost as if you’ve tried it and didn’t like it! Regret only comes from an action that you don’t like the result of! What you did wasn’t stupid! It was an experience you have learnt from and can use it as a positive by teaching people why they shouldn’t do it! If I was to ask a question on here about wether I should send nude pictures. I would respect your opinion more because you’ve got the experience! So you’d help me! And your regret gives you the right to have an opinion!
