The typical consensus would be penetrative sex of one kind or another. I feel that type of label is mostly only useful if we agree on what it means and so I endorse that interpretation too. Ecen if the whole virgin or not is a little less meaningful.

Oral and handjobs typically would not count but are worthwhile footnotes if explaining how much experience you have for some reason.

All of the standards are The SAME for men and women:

Blowjobs definitely count. If you either give or receive a blowjob, you're not a virgin anymore.

A handjob is debatable. I kinda lean towards "not a virgin," though. Because it's an intimate touch. But I admit that it is a grey area.
