If you know you’re not gay, then they’re just judging you. All that matters is what you and your girlfriend thinks. I once asked a friend if he was gay because of the way he talks and smile…. But nah he was hella straight 😂 I felt so bad. I never once asked again if a guy is gay.
People can assume someone is gay by:
How they dress, uses hand movements, certain feminine gestures or lines, the way he talks with a girly or high pitch voice, feminine expressions, and obviously if he acts like he’s attracted to men
I usually try not to assume anyone's sexuality. Because it's none of my business. Sometimes it's the manliest men that are queer. Like Rob Halford. He seems like this womanizer type guy but he's gay. All in all, being queer isn't something you can change. Who you love isn't really a choice. So accept yourself for who you are no matter what (unless you're a serial killer or something. But I highly doubt you are lol)

The only proper way to know if you are gay is to explore attraction to men, and finding some guy who is more attractive than every woman has ever been to you. Which might be worth trying out anyway, maybe it turns out you are bisexual. But people around you don’t know about this, so they’re making stuff up.
Now, even if they’re making stuff up, it’s possible that they are getting signals from you. Maybe you are more gentle or your expression is less stereotypically masculine than what they expect from a man. Maybe they are nudging you to become more masculine, even. I would tell them to fuck off and live my masculinity any way I wish. Unless you believe they have a point, and again, there’s something you might want to explore. E. g. you find that your gender is non-binary or something.
In short: fuck them fuckers, they say bullshit and don’t know anything about you. Only you know about yourself and you can do whatever you want with your identity.
