Based on a 2015 study, women prefer 6.4" in length and 5" in circumference for a one-time encounter. But, for a long-term relationship, the number is slightly smaller - 6.3" in length and 4.8" in circumference. Of course, that's an average.
And that's just one study. Another says the ideal length is 7 to 8 1/4" in length and 6 1/4 to 6 1/2" in circumference. "Very satisfying" in that same study ranged from 6 1/4 to 9" in length and 5 3/4 to 6 3/4" in circumference. Needless to say, most men would prefer the first study.

That raises a big question and one observation.
First - why would a woman prefer a larger penis for a one-time encounter and a smaller penis for a long-term relationship? [Ladies - helpful hint: this is NOT going to make your long-term guy feel good. Never, never tell him this.]
Second - this really does not bode well for many of us. I've read several studies on average penis length. The consensus seems to be that the vast majority of men fall between 4" and 6.3" in length, with the overall average being 5.3" to 5.5". 5% of men fall below 4" and 5% above 6.3". Average girth is 4.6" to 4.8". So, if you've been following along, you'll notice that only 5% of us (or less) are within the the preferred size for most women.
This leads me to another question/observation. I've read articles and posting after posting on this site and others by women who say that size is not important and that the vast majority of women are satisfied by their partner's penis size. The statistics would seem to belie that.
So, ladies - which is it? And, another question, which is most important - length or girth?
