Things are very different in the world today compared to the days when I was around that age, you got to be careful of everything.

My recommendation is avoid motels and public places. Best place will be somewhere where you both are safe, feel secure & comfortable :)

Don't get into too much pre planning as it raises expectations and results in disappointments. Best is to make it as you go along :)
