It is really sad that I can actually answer this. It is only because of my time on this site that I actually know these terms. I will try to keep my opinion as non explicit as possible. The first (sadly) likes to watch is wife, girlfriend, or partner be intimate with another person while present.

The latter is someone that likes to peep or spy on someone unsuspectingly while doing any number of perverse things. I really have no respect for either of them. The first type of person is basically saying to their partner "I don't value our intimacy together so be with someone else".

The latter is just a downright pervert that invades privacy to unwitting victims. The latter is likely doing this illegally and without consent. That makes them completely lowlifes with terrible perversions. I have heard of particular types of voyeurs on this site that engage is some disturbing practices.

Some are so disgusting I don't know how they function in normal society. If you are either of these things, seek some counseling.

You are of course most welcome. That is just my understanding of the two types of people from being on this site for almost a year. The first type is mentioned on here a lot. It is a fetish or kink that more people than what I expected participate in or enjoy. I honestly don't get it but that is just me. I cannot imagine my partner wanting to watch me with another guy. Oh well, what people do between their four walls is their business.
