I think my opinions here are too confusing for 95%+ of people on here. Looks are a part of personality as I see it if I try to come up with a short answer. I use my eyes to tell personalities just as much as my ears, nose, verbal side of my brain. I use everything to determine personality, but looks are the first thing I tend to experience.

But looks are personality. It's not looks vs. personality. To me, that's like asking whether what someone says to us or their personality is more important.

Everything to me is about personality, and that's what I notice. But looks are a part of someone's personality as I see it. If I see someone with shy/reserved body language, that means their personality is governed by fear of social situations. If I see someone who is fit, that means their personality cares about health and fitness. It's all personality at the end of the day but my eyes are very important tools to determine personalities.

To be honest her looks, but her personality is what gets me interested in her. My former sister-in-law is a good example. She is a hateful fool. Not just to me, but that is her general attitude towards everyone.
She looks good. Really good in fact. Then she talks and there is not enough good looking to help her find a boyfriend at all.

I used to think there was one answer for this, but there isn't. There are certain things I find really attractive, and those stand out. But sometimes the girls has other things that are unique. Sometimes you don't see those things at first, but you grow to notice them when you see her multiple times. So there isn't a simple answer

Her legs. If she is wearing a shirt dress mini skirt to show off her legs that's the first thing I look at to see how tone and smooth they are. If she is wearing a long dress a some jeans I go to her kissable lips. For personality as long she isn't rude, cocky, swears a lot, and degrade or put herself down I like that. She also needs a good sense of humor light hearted and dark.
