What’s too small of a breast size for girls?

By '"girls" I assume you mean adult, but younger women? Legal age!
I am one of what seems very few, that honestly love really small breasts, on women, younger, or even more mature.
"Too small"? I haven't encountered that, yet, but many that I have loved don't need a bra, and they have the most incredible nipples, when they relax!!
A-cup, Wonderful! B-cups, also, Wonderful, but when she has nice, puffy nipples, OMG!! WOW!!
It seems to me, that the ones with the smaller breasts, are more sensitive, and feel a lot more, than those with C and D-sized ones.
Maybe it is just that I really like those women, and like their personality, and who they are, a lot more?

There is no size to small. There is no wrong size.
Every size has its pros and cons.

I have never seen a pair of boobs I didn't like.

Small ones are super perky 99.9% and that is pretty hot!
Plus dont need a bra! Not wearing a bra is hot!
Bigger is not always better, and it kind of depends on the body somewhat🤷‍♂️ again no right size, no perfect ratio.

I like the saying "anything more than a handful is a waste".

I'm sure you have some great breasts. And if you were my girlfriend I'm 100% sure I'd have fun with them and find them attractive!!!

I think an AA or even small A bra is probably small. I was AA until I was a senior in high school. I was an A in college and now I wear a 34B bra. I think small boobs look so much better than big ones.

In many girls, especially petite cute girls, small breasts complement the cuteness aspect and doesn’t look unattractive, but for some girls who are tall and curvier, having small breasts (A cup) is unattractive and they can look flat chested.

My last ex had really small boobs, but it never bothered me once and she looked perfect to me, yet I prefer big boobs. I think when you actually have chemistry with someone and you find their appearance attractive you could careless if their body isn't what you'd normally consider ideal.

Completely flat isn't ideal (like a thin guy's chest), but having said that, it's about the person for me not her breast size. And, she is still a female with a vagina. But I have no problem with small breasts.
