There's this hotel I've always wanted to go to with a partner. It's in Finland and you rent out a cabin shaped like an igloo. The entire roof is glass, so at night you can see the stars and northern lights while you lay in bed. I always thought it would be a really romantic place to take a boyfriend/fiance/husband. I don't have any specific fantasies about the actual sex, beyond something long and slow, and then we would just hold each other and watch the lights and talk all night. Maybe more of a honeymoon or anniversary trip than just a vacation.
