So I know this question is pretty old but if you're still interested in opinions, in most circumstances I think it's really bad form for the guy to do it. Personally I think it's best if a girl is comfortable initiating on her own, but for times when a guy wants to give her a hint or help her initiate there are usually better methods than head pushing. Would you agree?
