Condoms.

I don't want to use something that messes with my hormones like that pill, and I don't feel comfortable with something invasive like IUD.

Condoms are easy to get, they protect against diseases as well, and I don't have to think about anything now that I've been inactive for over a year.

Always use condoms at the moment as not in a serious relationship. The girl I have regular sex with is not on the pill or anything anymore, once we commit to eachother and we've both been tested, I'll be getting a vasectomy. Aside from the contraception side of things the condoms are mainly to prevent spread of STDs, as we both sleep with other people as well.
