Whatever it is, tell me what scares you the most
What scares me are nightmares. I don’t have them anymore thankfully but when I was younger there were some really creepy ones that kept me awake at night. Some scary movies I can’t watch, for example, The Witch. I couldn’t watch the end. Vicious dogs, ie; pit bulls that have been aggressive before frighten me. Any predator animal, including bears, frighten me. I hope never to meet up with one in person.
Some things don’t bother me. Insects, bugs, spiders, mice, and even snakes don’t frighten me unless the snake is huge and venomous.
Oh God. So many things.

oh yes, I forgot stupidity is another think to be greatly feared
I think I did some damage to my amygdala when I was a boy which made it so I'm largely incapable of feeling fear. I can still process dangers and threats and none of the things you listed are things I want to happen. Yet fear, from what I can see in other people, seems like a much more powerful type of emotion than simply hating the idea of something happening.
One of the ideas I hate most though although it doesn't prevent me from doing things is the idea of hurting someone else by accident. I'm an adrenaline junkie and like to do daredevil stunts and I get injured all the time and I don't mind it, but I'd hate it if my thrill-seeking behavior ended up inadvertently hurting someone else besides me.
The conscience side of my brain is still highly functional even if the amygdala seems to be damaged. I might even focus more on the conscience than usual because I lack that normal ability to process fear. So my ultimate goal in life is to die with a clear conscience, and maybe the closest thing I have to fear is failing to do that.
Some people have a difficult time believing me on this but I genuinely seem to lack fear, and my greatest suspicion is that I was hit by speeding cars twice as a little boy and hospitalized both times including heavy trauma to my head. >> [...] However, the little almond-shaped brain region is most active in response to fear stimuli. When the amygdala is damaged, people don't experience fear. It's not a good thing like I'm brave. It's more a defect like I can't experience fear something that can be vital to our survival. I have to rely on wisdom to survive instead, and I'm very slow to get wise. :-D
Surviving after retirement
I hear that one, I hope we are here to enjoy retirement

I have family members who got cancer so I'm scared of that. I've read that certain foods help prevent cancer, like green tea and pumpkin seeds. Whether it's true or not, I daily drink 2 cups of green tea as well as eat 30 oz of pumpkin seeds every day.
