If you have fat thighs, he'll struggle to keep it in. Be prepared to guide him back in if he falls out. And he will fall out from time to time, even if you have thin thighs. Also, push on his chest a little. Support his upper body weight any way you can, so he can focus more on giving you the goods.

If he has to focus on supporting his own weight AND giving you the goods, he'll run out of stamina too quickly. Especially if he's top heavy. His biggest challenge will be his own weight. Assist him any way you can in overcoming that, and he'll reward you ten-fold with the results. And this increases the odds of pregnancy.

If I'm going thrust too I put my feet on the bed. You can practice by yourself. If you use your fingers or have something else you can try using your hips to make it work rather than your hands if that makes sense @Suhmer more often than not I think a lot of people just have problems with rhythm

@Suhmer riding on top I find is hard on the knees. Essentially you want to be sitting on him with your legs on either side and use your legs to move you up or down. Hopefully he'll help by thrusting.

Depends on the missionary position. People don't realize there are probably hundreds of missionary positions. Some you can slide into the guy or thrust into him and some there's not much you can do.
