Not very likely - it's difficult to time the moment, especially when close to climax, and my impulse is to continue penetration as long as possible. When I cum my impulse is to push deep, it would take a lot of will power to pull out at that moment. It's far from a reliable method because there is a chance that any precum that dribbles out his penis before he cums can still have seamen in it.

So basically you might have got away with it before but chances are the more you do this the higher the odds on it eventually failing.
Also if you go for a second round there is no knowing if he has any seamen remaining to dribble out.
