Just feeling good triggers faces. For me, my mouth opens with my tongue out pretty much every time I orgasm. It can come from both having an orgasm with penetration or clitoral stimulation but more often the latter. So at least for me a frown is not my orgasm face. My boyfriend has told me I do it all the time otherwise. For me I think it's because it feels so good that it almost hurts. And makes my face look like I'm frowning. That's the best explanation I can provide.

so you make the scrunch face also? If the guy had sex with you and you weren't feeling it at all (like he wasn't doing a good job) your face will still be scrunched up? I'm trying to figure out makes a girl's face scrunch up. It can't be it 'just happens' there has to be a trigger that makes a girl scrunch up unless she's doing it for a 'show' to her sex partner... thanks for elaborating...
