What would you do if you caught your preteen neighbors having sex in your backyard?

I came home from work early the other day and found two of my neighbors in my backyard having sex. Both the girl and the boy are 12. When I confronted them, they admitted that they had been using my backyard for a couple of months for their secret affair. They were using condoms.  I know both of their parents. I'm torn. They are both being mature about having sex, but they are both very young.  Have you ever had something like this happen? What is your story, and what did you do?

About one month ago while I was sleeping, I heard some whispering. I quietly peeped through curtains and found one young couple, both were 13 and 15, having sex in behind of car in dimly light of porch. I went out. The guy and girl were adjacent house. Seeing me there the guy was greatly upset, he stood up and immediately put on his trousers. Surprisingly, the girl was calm, facing the boy, she slabbed on his face, took her skirt and confidently jumped over the fence.
For me, it was both surprising and amusing.

I mean I think that they need to be upfront with their parents about the fact that they are being sexual. And if I were you I would give them the choice that either they needed to admit it or that you would tell their parents. Their only 12… I mean good for them about being responsible. But they are still too young to be held accountable completely.

Leave the little lovers alone. They are not hurting anything. If they are using condoms, all is cool. Maybe buy them some extras, just in case. Also, you could leave out some bottled water and some snacks. ;-)

If they are being mature about it, and using condoms, then I guess I'm ok with it. But they have to keep my yard clean, don't want to be picking up anything discarded. And I would "officially" tell them not to, and don't use my yard, to cover my ass should anything come of it later.

I don't see any problem with it. They are probably looking for a place they feel comfortable and secure to make love to each other. It's better that they do it together than be sexually frustrated. It's a huge plus that they are using a condom. I would just let them use the property to make each other happy.
