I actually saw that about 3 days ago. I was waiting in my car for my mum to finish shopping and I spotted some guy in another car.

His body was bobbing up and down and it was obvious that I knew that he was jerking off.

He glanced at me and immediately ducked down.

That actually happened to my mom when she was 14 and walking home from school. He even pulled up next to her. I'm actually not sure what she did. She probably just screamed ans ran home.
