If there are children around, call the cops. I had this happen one time. Kids swimming of the bridge and I drove by this guy with binoculars. Called the cops and they said they can't do anything about it.

I said, if I find out the guy does something to those kids, then I am going to contact the papers and the kid's parents to say the cops were aware and did nothing. I also said, if he is known pedophile, would jerking of to kids on the bridge not be a violation of his parole?

The sent a patrol car out soon after getting off the phone.
