Depend on whether or not I was friends with them. If they're just "neighbours" then I guess it's no more your business to say/do anything than it is for any other random cheating couple you don't know.

However, if this neighbour is someone you consider "a friend" on any level. Then I would absolutely stick my nose in. For sure.

If you are friends with her... confront her. Tell her exactly what you think of what she's doing.

But if you're friends with HIM... you owe it to him to tell him what his wife is doing behind his back.

If I were that guy... anyone who knew my wife was cheating but chose not to tell me... is no friend. Anyone who I felt in any way "friendly" towards... would earn my undying hatred to helping to keep that from me.

If by young man you mean minor, then the laws are very clear that the subject. What you have to consider are two things:

- if you divulged the information could that lead to third party attacks (on you the reporter, perpetrator, and or victim)?

- are both parties willing participants or do you believe one side is being coerced?
