I would not notice because I never look at guy's crotch or the genital area.

However, if I would find out because someone tells me or because of another reason, I would sever this relation right away or leave this guy on the spot. I would have to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize my hands and take a long shower to get rid of all the possible areas on my face and hands and arms that might have been in contact with this pervert.

Not only is it totally unhygienic but it is also an indicator that this guy lacks basic education and morale to walk around without underwear.

I would obviously sever my friendship because I like to be around people that have character and personality, not sexual freaks that think they can try to hook up with any girl.
