What would you prefer to be seen on a movie, violence and blood or sex and nudity?

When I say sex and nudity I mean for male and woman. Or do you think our current society still is puritanical in regards of sex in the movies but then portraying violence and blood and killing people is much better.

I do like action movies where good guys have to defend themselves and the bad guys, who have proven themselves to be thoroughly evil, get killed painfully in the end.

But I agree that it's sick to allow graphic violence but not sex.

Good sex scenes in movies are great, but there are few examples. It's always suggestive. People are usually clothed when supposedly having sex, or they are wrapped in sheets.

Why can they show graphic violence and actually glorify it, but they can't show graphic sex. It makes no sense.

Puritanical? Mainstream movies show full frontal nudity for both sexes, sex in numerous positions, anal sex, 69, lesbian sex, and even an occasional butthole. How is that puritanical?

My post was based on that in some movies when a man is shown totally naked is a Google Alert but when they show violence and blood noone says anything.

Oh, I get you now. And yes, I totally agree! I think we live in a really puritanical and judgmental world. Like right, sex is so bad that it's worse than violence. These guys are scared become sex gives them boners that they have no control over.
