Many things would be important here. Though my own general "rule" is I don't sleep (or kiss - so far) with people I don't know.

I'm not the type to have a meaningless hook-up or one-night stand either.

So there's a big fat chance I would tur them down.
If I'm not comfortable and it doesn't feel right, I'm not going to do it.
