I'd choose small anyday. The size I prefer would go up until it fills my hand when I hold them in it. Anything smaller is amazing as well. Smaller ones are amazing to fondle with. They can be a lot of fun stuff to do with smaller ones. Maybe a booobjob wouldn't be possible but I'm not a big fan of it anyways.
Too big is something I wouldn't prefer as they're not very comfortable to play with, grab them as a whole withing your hand/palm. Also all big ones tend to sag which is a HUGE turn off for me. But weird thing is I don't mind even if small boobs sag but big sagging boobs are just ew.

One is far too heavily endowed and the other is too flat to fiddle.
