Ok on dating and hook up apps, lots of people play games and there are lots of scammers, so it's true if he uses those. But yes women play too many games here, it's true.

He is not talking about online. He is talking about with women in PERSON in Cali. They can be random chicks, chicks he knows, chicks at bars, clubs, parties, etc. He said over in another states it is not super hard to find a chick in person or that you know from in person to have sex with. It is easier to get laid with chicks in other states regardless if they are at the bar, club, parties, you met at the store, coworkers, etc. He is a hot guy and he says how even though he gets laid here at times, it is still very hard for him here.
