Well you were closer than everyone else 🤣 I'm not saying my guess is right, I'm just basing it off a couple of photos, I don't know her height or waist measurement or anything, so it's just an educated guess. Most people here are just thinking 'they are medium-sized and C is medium so I'll say C' but that's just not true haha.

If you take a girl with a given back size, and then expand ONLY her breasts, there will be a point at which she's right in the middle of what would constitute a C cup in her band size. If her breasts grow a bit more than that, she'd be on the "full" end of the C cup spectrum. If they grow a bit more she'll be a small D.

That's not how bra sizes work. There is no such thing as a "c cup spectrum". 'C' means that there is a 3 inch difference between your underbust and bust measurements.

That rounds to 4 so still a D. You wouldn't notice the difderence between someone with a 3.6 inch difference between their underbust and bust measurements, and someone with a 4 inch difference. That 4 inch difference is less than 2" of projection per boob. I say less than, because your bust measurement obviously includes your back too, because your wrap the tape around your torso to take the measurement and generally your back is going to be wider there than at your underbust. So part of the 4 inch difference is just your back getting wider. D is a pretty small size when correctly fitted, people don't realize this. Band size matters too. A 28D is way smaller than a 36D. I would guess the girl in the photos to be a 26G or 28FF.

@softlyautumnal Perfect. So what I'm saying is that if you had a bunch of girls with the EXACT same underbust measurement, the one with the 3.6 difference to cup size would be a "small" D, and the one with the 3.4 difference would be a "full" C.

No. First of all, you wouldn't notice the difference so you wouldn't be able to tell just by looking, who had the bigger difference berween measurements. Secondly, shape is important. Someone with a 3.4 inch difference between their measurements could look bigger than the person with the 3.6 inch difference, if the person with the smaller difference had narrow roots and a lot of projection.
