I'm sad to read this, because it's untrue and dismissive of the OP actual experience. Women do squirt and it is not urine. Basic anatomy helps here - women have all of the same parts and essentially the same biological processes as men. In my experience, about half of women can release fluid when they orgasm. Usually, it means they are comfortable with their body and their partner - relaxed enough to really enjoy the orgasm.

Please forgive me because I only trust official medical journals reviewed by health professionals and not shady "medical news" websites.
