Well in porn they fake pleasure (sometimes it's even painful for the pornstar, some get rectal prolapse etc and other injuries, depends on how extreme it is).
When they film it they do cut scenes just like when you film a movie, pick out the best part, re-act scenes and so on. Don't look like you're enjoying it enough? Retake, can't get your dick up hard? Did it go soft? Take a break and jerk yourself off so it comes up then continue the scene.
You don't get to see these parts though but it's what happens in real life. Porn is just fantasy.

porn is hyper sexual content made to please a wide range audience (they throw a lot of shit in there and most people are very visually pleasing) along with the actors themselves being always cleanly shaven and (usually quite fit). real sex is between two (or more if you really want to) consenting partners and is pretty tailored to what each other wants. it’s not as clean cut and people do make mistakes but i feel like it is a lot better
