Girls get the raw end of the deal, being labeled so much. What would the male equivalent of a slot be? Would there pressure to keep body count low? To keep themselves pure?

I have no idea of what a 'slut' is, and there is really no such thing as a Nymphomaniac.

I have a cousin who says there are three types of women.
Some women don't like sex at all.
Some women like sex.
Some women REALLY LIKE sex. Is that what the typical asshole male calls a 'slut' or Nympho?

My cousin REALLY LIKES sex, and she is not a slut.

But it's not the same, because it's extremely harder for any man to get laid, compared to a woman. For a man (who isn't rich or famous), it takes serious effort and skill to get laid several times. For a woman to get laid by men, all it takes being within a moderately healthy weight and age, and that's literally it.

If women rejected male sluts for being male sluts in mass it may start to change things.
More guys looking for a wife would be apt to reject a girl who was a slut and eliminate her from consideration. Girls just don't seem to eliminate guys as much so they don't dish out "consequences" for past history as much.

If girls get labelled as "sluts" for something, then guys should get labelled "sluts" for the same things, plain and simple. But the whole derogatory bullshit towards people simply for having an active sex life as singles is disgusting anyway, so how about we stop the immature slut-shaming crap altogether?
