Technically, yes. A 14-year old is usually still kind of vulnerable, and the 26-year old would have a clear advantage. There ARE exceptions, like a 14-year old who's pretty confident and worldly. In the case of a 14-year old boy and a 26-year old woman, I think the boy would probably really enjoy it.

Well me and my best friend got hit on several times at the age of 13/14 by older guys and each time they were shocked and apologized once we told them our age.
So being attracted itself isn't pedophile because a lot of young girls do look like 18 and older now days. If he knows about the age and still tries to, than he probably is.

Was this really a question? Why is this a question? A child is defined as anyone under 18 in the US, thus having sex or making sexual advances towards someone under that age when you are legally an adult makes you a pedophile. This is why this is written into law so people won't be confused as to what that all means.

It's not pedo, it's an assault towards minor. In my country pedo is classified "under 13 years old" and then, until 18, it's an assault on a minor. But yeah, it's sill wrong.

People often use “pedophile” synonymously with anyone who does something sexual to a legal minor. Which is quite different from actual pedophilia - though the latter is a subset of the former.
