No. Don't take this as an insult, because I really can't put it any other way. But if you knew what "blue balls" is, the anatomy and whatnot of it all wouldn't be in question.

Basically, "blue balls" doesn't happen in your balls at all. The medical term for what people have named blue balls is called vasocongestion. Since the penis becomes erect through blood flow and expanding tissue (especially at the base of the penis), this can cause a problem if a guy is erect for too long. If a guy has an erection that lasts for too long without a break in between, he will start to get REALLY sore at the base of his penis due to the blood constantly flowing through the expansive tissue without letting up. When you have tissue that is responsible for holding the penis erect and you don't give it a break, it's just like working a muscle for too long without rest- it gets really tired and sore.

So knowing that (because it's easily researchable), the base of the penis hurts BECAUSE the guy is hard for too long. So when a guy experiences vasocongestion (or "blue balls"), he is already hard since that is what causes it in the first place. When a guy gets blue balls it means he usually has not cum for a while and needs to ejaculate.
