Sexual Health When giving their boyfriend oral, are vegans opposed to swallowing?

I was hanging out with a few friends the other night, one of whom is pretty strictly vegan, when this question somehow came up. Seeing as how male semen has sperm in it, which for many would qualify as life/potential life, would a vegan be opposed to swallowing when giving head?

Sperm cells aren't "life" only a zygote is life in the traditional sense of it.
Well, like any cell, its self fullfilling but it has been heavily modified for its primary purpose. But if you say its life then basically everything vegans eat is life as well since plant cells are just as alive as a sperm cell.

There is nothing to do with being a vegetarian here. But if they feel guilty, then they need not swallow.

Interesting thought. I swallow but I am also no where close to being a vegan. In my opinion, depends on how vegans think of it, if they are really into it, and think of not consuming any delicious protein, I don't think they would swallow.
