When I was 15, I had my first sexual intercourse with a 40 y/o man who made me believe he loved me. I am currently 19 y/o. Can he still go to jail?

He would ask for nudes, he would tell me to skip class and that is how he would take me to hotels. He would tell me that having sex was the way that we would show our love for each other. When I would try to ‘ break up’ with him he would tell me he was going to do harm to me so I would still be there with him and do as he said. I want justice now, I was so innocent. I feel bad for myself for allowing this. Please help me, Can he still go to jail or will he be free like he currently is not sure if he’s doing it to other innocent girls 🥺I want that pig in prison!

    I had a similar experience but didn't know enough about such things, then, to do anything about it. I was 14, he was at least in his 30's and told me he had something upstairs in his room to give me. I went up with him and he made me drop trou and get on the bed beside him and play with his dick while he played with mine. I never considered legal action `til many years later. If he's still alive, he's gotta be in his 80's, by now. As he also got my brother and one of my ex-sisters, I'd bet he''s done it to other kids, too. For all I know, he's in jail for it.
