When men say they find boobs attractive/sexy/hot or whatever, what boob sizes do they mean? Does it mean they only like big? Or does it mean they like all boob sizes? I'm confused.
I think when they say they like "boobs" they are referring not to the size but to the quantity. They are stipulating that there must be more than one boob, indicating that if an individual were to only have one boob then men would not like that. The implication would be that two is the preferred amount, on account of being the standard quantity for boobs to be presented in.
One might argue that perhaps when the man says "boobs" he refers to any amount larger than two, indicating that they have a fondness for multiple pairs of boobs which would be the boobs of multiple women. However any amount larger than two would include odd numbers such as 3, 5, 7 and 9013, which would indicate that at least one of the women has a singular boob and not a pair.
For this reason I'm inclined to think that "boobs" refers to the standard amount of two, as if it were to refer to any amount larger than one.. well that would again include the possibility of individuals with a singular boob. That said.. one might argue that it's implied, by way of social convention, that men would only ever want boobs in pairs. In which case, "boobs" could refer to any amount larger than one as long as it's an even number. Which of course would mean multiple pairs of boobs (the boobs of multiple women).
However... there is the Total Recall complex. This refers to the 1990 movie Total Recall, which featured an individual with THREE boobs. This was a case of multiple boobs belonging to one individual where the amount was larger than two. These boobs were received favourably by some of the characters depicted in the film, who were generally human (albeit mutants, so perhaps more favourable to genetic abnormalities). However unless I'm mistaken, these boobs were also received favourably by some men amongst the audiences, many of whom were not mutants (thus meaning that real life non-mutant men liked this instance of three boobs belonging to one woman).
So this would imply that men have no problem with boobs of an odd number (as long as it's a quantity of a multiple number - nobody wants a singular boob... except babies). However personally, I'm inclined to think it's a small fraction of the male populace that are particularly favourable towards an instance of more than two boobs owned by one individual. The reason I say this is.. granted informed by my own bias, on account of personally I was not a fan of the three boobs. More is not necessarily better. What happens when you put a third wheel on a bike? It becomes a trike, it's slower and has decreased versatility with regards to things such as travelling through narrow spaces.
My argument is that the vast majority of rational, sensible men would realise that for one individual to have more than two boobs is actually disturbing, and not favourable. I do not believe the minority of men that were favourable of the three boobs depicted in Total Recall are at all representative of the general mainstream opinion of men regarding the proper amount of boobs.
So in conclusion... I'd have to say that generally MOST (but not neccesarily all) men, when they say they like "boobs" are indeed referring to an amount larger than two AS LONG AS that amount is not an odd number. However it's reasonable to assume that a significant number of these men would only be referring to two boobs (presented as one pair), by which they are referring to the boobs owned by their wife or long-term partner (bear in mind however that many of these such men would be lying for the purpose of maintaining the health of their scrotum).
But as to whether it refers to the size of the boobs, when men say they "like boobs"... no. No.
A caveat - Homosexual and asexual men presumably are favourable to an amount of boobs totalling no more than zero, however this would effectively rule them irrelevant in the discussion since the subject of the discussion is men who say they LIKE boobs... which one would not expect a man favourable to zero boobs to say.

In my opinion liking boobs can mean many things depending on who says it. For some men it's a status symbol to have a girl/woman with large boobs. This works for even more men on a (semi-) subconscious level. Also a large boob suggests an evolutionary advantage where a well-equipped mother can feed a baby (or a twin etc.) plenty of milk. So this preference may be hard-wired at some level.
Personally I am not a huge fan of boobs in particular. That said I do prefer a busty woman. It is hard to say why. Maybe a well-equipped woman is less likely to have self-worth issues. I don't think I would enjoy it if I were to continuously feel obliged to boost a partner's low self-esteem that's due to her small boobs. Other than size, there are a number of other factors that determine the level of desirability of someone's boobs, from shape (this alone a very complex factor) and firmness through position on the chest to the color and size of the areola and the position of the nipples. These also work in combination. For me there is a certain shape (and size as well) with a certain light areola color that I find a most pleasing sight. I've seen such boobs about twice in my life.
Also men are aware that many women get aroused when someone sucks their nipples. I too find it a useful foreplay activity where it gets that pussy nice and wet before I dive in.

There are other factors but I think on average (judging by me and my friends) larger boobs get more attention. And for me personally, when I dress in ways that emphasize or flatter my boobs, I get more attention from guys than when I do not. It is v. noticeable. JMO!

It honestly depends on the guy. For me I know my ideal size is a C-cup. I like B and D as well. I’ve seen a few E’s I like and a few A’s.
Each guy has preferences but part of it comes to biology. Moderate to large breasts tend to, at least as far as our ancestors were aware, indicate optimal fertility and adequate milk production to raise healthy children. This is also why guys often like more body fat around a woman’s hips, butt and thighs than women prefer on themselves. It’s an indication that she is likely fertile and healthy enough to have viable offspring.

In and of itself it doesn’t, however, a woman with a higher body fat percentage in specific areas, one being the breasts, is a decent indicator of how likely or not the woman may have difficulties in aspects of child rearing. For instance, a woman who has a slightly higher than “preferred” body fat in those areas will statistically have a higher rate of ease in childbirth and lactation than a woman is underweight. Either one could have issues or both could be fine, but the correlation between specific fat deposits and the percentage of likelihood in difficulty is documented.
In the area of the waist and hips, yes, but in boob size, we see very little change in milk production across sizes. In fact, a girl with smaller than average boobs may produce more milk than a woman with larger boobs at close to the same percentage a girl with larger boobs will produce more milk than a girl with smaller boobs. Studies show that boob size has no effect on milk production. If that was true, then women who gain weight and get bigger boobs would produce more milk than they would earlier and less milk if their boobs shrunk after losing weight. That's the primary reason why we know that boob size has no relation to the amount you can lactate. It varies by individual

Some like smaller, some like medium, some like bigger, and some don't care what size boobs you have.
Oh, nonononono, it's really not about size. It's the shape and sometimes the feel. Now, there will be some schmucks whi fixate on only size, but if we're being honest, I think we all know those guys have almost no boob-experience. And some guys obviously prefer bigger boobs to smaller ones, but we almost all like boobs regardless of size if they have a good shape, are perky, have nice nipples, etc.
For instance, Emma Watson and Salma Hayek's breasts are both fantastic and I'd kill to see and feel them, even though Emma's are like B cups and Salma's are Ds or DDs. So when guys say they like boobs, they generally aren't referring to size. Especially since some huge breasts are just gross to be blunt.
