  • Again, here is the duality and fundamental hypocrisy of women. Women are "strong" and "powerful", BUT, they can't be trusted to act responsibly when drinking so they need the government and "patriarchy" to sexually protect them.

We are "strong and powerful", but we need the government to protect us from our own bad decision making. THIS is why so many men have such a hard time taking women seriously.

  • some places like NYC it is viewed as a woman being impaired. to give consent to sex if she is drunk or has had a few alcoholic drinks. when you try to pick up a random woman at the bar.

they almost always count it as rape or side with the woman. if she chooses to claim rape.

  • i've always felt like the victim in these situations but i went with it if i was horny

  • If one of the 2 said 'no' or 'stop' or anything like that. Then yes, the other is a rapist if he/she kept going. Drunk or not, you still have common sense. It's not an excuse.

  • Nope. You know what the fuck you're doing when you're drunk.

  • because when girls get crazy, unreasonable sexual urges when they're drunk, it's somehow the guys fault.

  • What difference would it make to the man? All I see around are males doing everything they can to shuffle off responsibility for their own actions to anyone else. Alcohol is just another excuse for it.

  • No they equally raped each other

  • According to the #metoo movement, yes. In fact, women are responsible for everything else they do when drunk except spread their legs.

  • Yeah, it seems that's the way the law works. "She wasn't sober so she couldn't consent!" "Yes, so was he" "Yes, but he's a man, so, he's the rapist"

  • When I am drunk I ve no libido.

  • Or just don’t do hookups and actually get married... problem solved.

  • yes.

  • no i do not think

  • 100% not

  • Society seems to believe that that’s the case because they think women are children and deserve to be coddled but then at the same time tell us girls are strong and independent (because they need us to constantly Pat girls on the back for simply existing) but yet don’t want to make them responsible for their own fucking actions

  • Probably, we always get blamed for everything
