As far as I know the normal age of starting masturbating is somewhere between 9 and 15, depending on the person and their hormonal development. There are of course some who start even earlier and others who never do it.

There is no scientific studies that show that masturbation have any effect on body and the body’s biochemistry, other than releasing endorphins and dopamin as a reward.

It is however scientifically proven that during puberty the frequency of masturbation might increase, as the hormonal changes in the teen often increase the libido.

So masturbation does not change the body, but changes in the body might lead to more or less masturbation.
