Every new place has been me doing all the foot work (which really isn't a lot of footwork anymore. Like next to zero) but as long as I'm constantly doing new reviews I can usually get into somewhere new if they are looking for someone and it's worth it for me. The reason it's important to always review stuff is on every "interview" that I've had (totally not an interview like for a job. It's all done over email), every single company asks "have you ever reviewed before?" You can respond with endless links to your reviews. Extremely long way to answer that question. Sorry. I'll do all your questions fast.- Companies don't find me. I find them. No roster that I know of. But when they are accepting new hires, I'm a hard one (pun intended) to say no to.
